In order to update your existing CASINO installation to a newer version, you will need the CASINO login ID and password you were given when you first downloaded the code. If you don’t have one, go through the initial download procedure<\/a> again (or email Mike Towler).<\/p>\n

You may wish to refer to the Development Log<\/a> before downloading – this is a long list of all the changes ever made to CASINO back to 1997. If you prefer a shorter summary of the main changes, you can find that here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: The standard 2.12.1 version is now a few years old and verging on <\/em>obsolescence; it will soon be replaced by a new public distribution 2.14. For the moment people are therefore strongly recommended to use the current beta version – which is a very close approximation to the final 2.14<\/em>.<\/p>\n
