CECAM/Psi-k Workshop
The Diffusion Monte Carlo Method
CECAM, Lyon, 19-21 September 2002
The aim of this workshop, jointly supported by CECAM and the ESF STRUC-Psi-k
Programme, was to bring together scientists interested in the
diffusion quantum Monte Carlo method - a stochastic
wave-function based approach to solving the Schrödinger equation for
interacting particles. The workshop focused both on algorithmic
issues and applications of the methods.
